Former and current Temporary Graduate visa holders can apply for this visa if they have lost time on their original 485 visa due to COVID-19 restrictions and subsequent border closures.
This visa will enable affected visa holders to enjoy the same length of stay in Australia as their original visa. This visa covers if:
You were in Australia when your Subclass 485 was granted, and you were outside Australia between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021
You were in Australia when your Subclass 485 was granted, and had left Australia on that visa before 15 December 2021
If you have not had your Temporary Graduate visa
If any visa granted after your Temporary Graduate visa was cancelled (unless it was cancelled because you asked for it to be, or the decision to cancel the visa was set aside by the Tribunal.)
To be eligible for the visa, you must hold a Temporary Graduate visa; or have held a Temporary Graduate visa and currently hold another substantive visa or Bridging Visa A or B.
